Fees & Funding

Application Fee
A non-refundable application fee of €75 is payable directly to UniAssist.

Participation Fees
EU Citizens: €19,200 total for the two-year programme (€800/month)
Non-EU Citizens: €28,800 total for the two-year programme (€1,200/month)

The participation fee covers tuition and mandatory insurance (health, travel, and liability).

Important Notice
Participation fees do not include living expenses, visa and residence permit fees, administrative fees, or travel expenses (e.g., local semester tickets).

Payment Options
Fees can be paid in full, annually, or by semester. Regardless of payment plan, the first instalment must be paid upon enrolment. Subsequent instalments are due before the next payment period begins.

Travel Allowances
The SPOT programme involves extensive travel across four European locations. To support students, the following allowances are offered:

  • Internship Mobility Support: €275 per student for internships in Bosnia and Herzegovina or Serbia
  • Green Travel Allowance: €100 per student to encourage eco-friendly travel between partner universities
     

Financial Regulations for SPOT Scholarship Holders
SPOT scholarship recipients may use their scholarship exclusively for accommodation, travel, and living expenses.

The following expenses will be fully reimbursed:

  • UniAssist application fees
  • Visa application fees
  • Residence permit fees
     

The following fees will be waived:

  • Participation fee (including tuition and insurance fees)
  • Administrative fees
     

Diversity and Inclusion Allowances
Additional funding is available for students with special needs or those requiring inclusive mobility support. This funding covers special accommodation, assistance during travel, adaptive learning materials, specialised equipment, or an accompanying person.

To apply, select the appropriate box when applying through UniAssist. The programme coordinator will follow up with more details on the available support and necessary documentation. You will need to provide a signed declaration outlining the required support and its associated costs, along with confirmation that these expenses are not covered by any other funding sources. In some cases, a certification from a national authority may be requested.

Important: Do not include any medical diagnoses or supporting documentation in your UniAssist application.
